Founder Ilona Dorn de Carvalho’s 20+ years as an international facilitator and coach focus on creative Training Program Design, Train the Trainer Programs, Executive Presentation Skills, and Communication courses. With a Master of Business Administration from University of Augsburg, Germany and deep experience in Human Resources, Ilona is as fluent in the languages of global business and talent management as she is in English, Portuguese, and German.
